About the Role
As a Community Based/Day Program Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health services within the community. This full-time position is designed for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our diverse client base. You will partner with a collaborative team to provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, ensuring that every client receives the support they need to succeed.
While specific clinical duties include performing diagnostic assessments, conducting scheduled patient visits, and maintaining up-to-date treatment plans, your impact extends beyond the clinical setting. You will be an integral part of a supportive network that includes case management and psychiatric services, working collaboratively to address the complex needs of our clients.
