Anduril's Rocket Motor Systems division is dedicated to designing, developing, and manufacturing next-generation solid rocket motors for defense and space applications. Our mission is to deliver advanced propulsion systems that serve the critical needs of the defense industry, driving innovation in aerospace technology.
The Director of Programs serves as a strategic leader responsible for making key decisions on overall business strategy and the development of our rocket motor portfolio. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of current contracts while aligning the technical roadmap with future program goals.
In this position, you will partner closely with the Director of Engineering to oversee the full lifecycle of our programs, from development through full-rate production. You will act as a key public representative of the business to our customers, driving topline revenue delivery through timely and effective program execution. The role demands the ability to autonomously navigate broad and ambiguous requirements from engineering teams, customers, and third-party partners to own the successful delivery of outcomes across multiple simultaneous programs.
Candidates must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance to be considered for this role. Applications are reviewed by our talent acquisition team, and qualified candidates will be contacted for further discussion regarding their experience and fit within the Rocket Motor Systems division.
Anduril is committed to maintaining the integrity of our talent acquisition process. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
We also prioritize candidate safety. Anduril will never solicit payment or demand personal financial details at any stage of our hiring process.
