As a Product Support Specialist, you will serve as a key link between our customers, field service teams, engineering, and production. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring customers operate Liftra self-hoisting cranes and related lifting equipment safely and effectively worldwide.
You will act as the primary technical contact for customers facing operational issues, diagnosing problems remotely via phone, email, or video calls. Your day-to-day involves supporting customers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities, while occasionally traveling to wind farms, ports, or project sites to assist with inspections, repairs, and investigations. You will also play a vital role in product improvement by communicating field feedback to engineering teams and assisting in the development of repair recommendations and corrective action plans.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, this position may be filled at either a senior technician or engineer level. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative self-hoisting crane technologies, collaborate with experienced engineering and service teams, and contribute to meaningful work supporting the renewable energy and heavy lifting industries.

Experience with wind industry equipment or heavy lifting systems. Experience troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, electrical controls, or automation systems. Experience supporting international customers or field service operations. Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes. Strong customer service mindset.
