We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial mechanical and automated machinery at customer facilities. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and possess the ability to work independently while solving complex mechanical and automated system challenges.
In this position, you will be the face of our technical expertise at client sites. Your day-to-day involves ensuring operational continuity by installing and commissioning new equipment, performing preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and diagnosing malfunctions to minimize downtime. Beyond technical repairs, you will partner with customers to provide operational support, address technical issues, and drive process improvements, fostering strong professional relationships through clear communication and reliable service.

Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Basic understanding of PLC-controlled systems, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of robotics, conveyors, or material handling systems. Experience performing field service or maintenance in industrial environments. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and service documentation.
