This position is located in Hamilton, Washington State. As a Mechatronics Technician, you will be the backbone of our automated systems, responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex machinery. You will work hands-on with CNC machines, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical components. The ideal candidate brings a passion for problem-solving and the ability to seamlessly integrate mechanical and electrical knowledge to ensure equipment reliability.
Your day-to-day involves installing and writing logic for PLC systems, applying NC programming for machine operations, and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings. You will also gain exposure to robotics and automation systems to enhance efficiency, utilizing basic NX CAD skills for design and maintenance tasks. Success in this role requires the ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines while maintaining cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.

Associates degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Composite/Material Science, Industrial Design Technology, or similar technical field. 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Industrial Robotics Specialist certification. Familiarity with CNC processes including CAM software, tool path methods, and work holding/fixtures. Some experience with Catia and/or Unigraphics.
