This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, working directly with the best in the business to maintain and optimize complex industrial machinery. You will be the face of our technology at customer sites, ensuring operational excellence through installation, calibration, and repair of advanced systems.

Day in the Life

As a Field Service Technician, your work will span a variety of high-precision equipment, including horizontal and vertical lathes, Swiss screws, 5-axis machining centers, gantry mills, and robot machine tenders. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve assembling and installing new machinery, customizing systems with additional components, and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

You will spend significant time commissioning machines, performing tool calibration, and programming machine controls. A key part of your role involves training customer staff on proper operation and maintenance. This position requires regional travel, offering exposure to diverse industrial environments and the opportunity to work with multi-axis motion mechanisms, PLCs, HMIs, and advanced sensor systems.
