Founded in 1984, B & R Machine has grown from a small two-person operation into a major CNC manufacturing provider in Western Massachusetts. We operate a large fleet of CNC milling and turning centers, supporting projects ranging from prototype development through full-scale production.
Our shop serves demanding industries including aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, telecom, oil & gas, and commercial manufacturing. We specialize in machining advanced materials such as titanium, stainless steel, tool steels, aluminum alloys, nickel alloys, and high-temperature metals within an AS9100-compliant quality system.
B & R Machine is expanding its programming capability to support complex, high-precision components across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors. This role is critical to ensuring new parts are programmed efficiently while continuously improving legacy programs to maximize machine utilization, quality, and throughput.
You will work in a modern CNC machining facility featuring a large, diverse machine fleet. The culture is defined by collaborative engineering and production teams operating in a high-mix, precision manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to actively influence processes and drive efficiency improvements alongside a dedicated team.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ludlow, MA. Due to the nature of our work in the aerospace and defense sectors, this role operates within an ITAR environment, which likely requires U.S. Person status for work authorization.
