Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Mechanic to support our customers in the Troy, MI area and beyond. This role is designed for a technician who thrives on regional travel and possesses a strong desire to work directly with customers to ensure the optimal performance of their manufacturing equipment.

As a key member of our service team, you will be the face of our company at customer sites. Your day-to-day involves traveling to various locations to install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide array of CNC machine tools, including mills, grinders, lathes, routers, and saws. You will leverage technical manuals and engineering drawings to diagnose complex issues and execute precise repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components. Beyond fixing problems, you will play a vital role in customer success by performing preventative maintenance and providing on-site training to ensure operators can maximize their equipment's potential.
