About the Role
As a Tool Room Technician, you will be the backbone of our production capabilities. In this role, you will set up, adjust, and operate a wide range of tool room and 3-axis CNC equipment, including full machine setup and conversational programming. Your primary mission is to manufacture, repair, and modify the critical tooling used in our production lines.
Your day-to-day involves supporting operators, troubleshooting complex tooling and machining processes, and ensuring all equipment runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will bridge the gap between engineering concepts and physical reality, interpreting blueprints and sketches to plan and lay out work. Whether you are building and modifying tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs, or performing detailed bench work like polishing, grinding, and fitting, your expertise ensures our production goals are met.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verified4+ years diversified tool/machine experience
- verified2+ years of tool making experience
- verifiedCNC operation and programming experience
- verifiedMazatrol programming
- verifiedAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- verifiedSkilled in using precision measuring tools
Nice to Have
Accredited Tool Maker Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training. Ability to independently program CNC machines using Mazatrol. Experience documenting tooling components. Metal stamping or cold forming tooling experience. MIG/TIG welding experience.
