About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shop Superintendent to lead our high-volume sheet metal fabrication operation in Pomona, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing approximately 200 skilled tradespeople producing HVAC sheet metal products and custom components. As a key leader reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive performance across quality, production, safety, and workforce development, ensuring our shop delivers best-in-class craftsmanship, efficiency, and union leadership.
