About the Role

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support for day-to-day project management activities. This role entails working with a group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. You will support project executives on multiple assignments, developing scopes and schedules while identifying and addressing potential risks regarding logistics, budgets, and project scope. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating vendor RFPs, negotiating with contractors, and tracking project performance against critical paths. Additionally, you will assist the Local Project Development Services team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin targets on regional and national levels.
