This position serves as a pivotal operational hub within our Clinical Services team, ensuring the seamless execution of daily workflows and maintaining high standards of compliance. The role is designed to bridge the gap between administrative execution and team leadership, fostering an environment where efficiency and accuracy drive patient care outcomes.
You will be responsible for orchestrating day-to-day work assignments while closely monitoring performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). A key aspect of this position involves collaborating across functional departments to guarantee that all deliverables are completed timely and accurately. Beyond operational oversight, you will act as a mentor and coach, guiding direct reports through professional development, training, and performance counseling.
The role also entails managing escalated inquiries with a professional and informative approach, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently. Additionally, you will synthesize operational data into weekly and monthly reports, providing critical insights to the broader staff.
As a remote role, this position requires a dedicated home office setup to ensure productivity and security. Maximus provides company-issued computer equipment to support your work. Candidates must have access to a private and secure workspace, along with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Specific technical requirements include a minimum of 20 Mbps download speed (or 50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and 5 Mbps upload speed.
