S2Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Security Specialist to serve as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for the Science and Technology Directorate's Office of Space and Counterspace (SCS). In this critical capacity, you will provide physical and personnel security services while supporting the Government Program Security Officer (PSO). Your primary mission is to ensure the execution of all security policies and requirements for Special Access Programs (SAPs), including their various compartments and sub-compartments.
As the CPSO, you will act as a vital link in maintaining the integrity of sensitive operations. You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting physical security documentation, conducting facility inspections including TSCM compliance checks, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your day-to-day work involves training personnel on access control, courier procedures, and secure transport, while performing duties that support SSO/SSR responsibilities.

Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) training. Special Program Security Certification (SPSC). Experience training on and working with Special Access Programs (SAPs). Experience supporting SCIF accreditations and inspections. Experience serving as an SSO or SSR in government or contractor roles. Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree.
