The Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) serves as a critical support pillar for the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization, managing startup, warranty, and coordination across all service needs. This role acts as the single point of contact for coordination of all service scopes within equipment contracts and serves as the direct interface with the EqNA customer.
Reporting initially to the Regional Service Manager before transitioning to the Branch Service Manager and HVAC Equipment Operations Manager, you will ensure seamless operations from project estimation through final startup. You will coordinate closely with Customer Resource Coordinators (CRC) and Systems Application Engineers (SAE) to align field service labor with customer expectations and contract requirements. Your day-to-day involves validating warranty details, managing asset records in NxGen, and ensuring all equipment is properly registered and certified. You will also introduce Connected Service capabilities to customers and facilitate technical support to accelerate project completion and cash collections.
