We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations on a federal construction contract at the Portland Air National Guard (PANG) in Portland, Oregon. This role is the driving force behind project success, guiding initiatives from proposal development through final contract closeout. You will serve as the primary liaison for client relations, ensuring that all project phases align with strict federal compliance, financial performance goals, and safety standards.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex construction projects, overseeing everything from cost estimates and subcontractor agreements to quality control and site safety enforcement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where they must balance multiple priorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities on time and within budget. You will work across both office and field settings, navigating active construction sites to monitor progress, verify conditions, and maintain rigorous adherence to HSEQ guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Science, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field. Federal experience with JOC, SATOC, MATOC, and SABER contracts. Additional Project Management or Construction Quality/Safety certifications such as PMP, USACE CQM, or EM-385.
