Midnight Sun is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations on a federal construction contract at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington State. This role is the driving force behind project success, guiding initiatives from the initial proposal development through final contract closeout. You will serve as the primary liaison for client relations, ensuring that every phase of the construction lifecycle aligns with strict federal requirements and corporate standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where federal construction contracting, compliance, and financial performance intersect. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing the technical demands of construction with the administrative rigor required for government contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality.
This position operates in both office and field settings, requiring regular visits to active construction sites. You will navigate environments exposed to various weather conditions, uneven terrain, construction equipment, and noise.
