The Principal HR Business Partner (Sr. Director level) serves as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor within the Corporate People Services division, specifically aligning human capital strategies with business objectives in the Education division. This role is crucial for fostering deep partnerships with business leaders at all levels, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
In this position, you will leverage extensive experience and business acumen to influence and guide strategic decisions. You may have responsibility for one or more enterprise-level programs, collaborating with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals. The role involves providing insights on business strategy, leading talent acquisition and retention efforts, and driving the performance management process. You will also identify organizational needs, manage complex employee relations issues, and utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making. Occasional travel may be required to meet business needs, training, or conferences.
