The Director of Total Rewards serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the Company's global compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and mobility programs. This role ensures that all reward programs are market-competitive, financially sustainable, and compliant with complex regulatory requirements while aligning with the Company's business objectives and culture.
You will operate with high visibility, partnering closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Board Compensation Committee to shape the future of our reward strategies. The position offers a broad strategic and operational scope, requiring you to navigate the nuances of a multi-national mining and energy organization. Whether supporting remote site-based workforces or managing executive compensation disclosures, you will drive initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
