The District Human Resources Manager is a valued member of the Human Resources and Field Operations teams, reporting directly to the District Manager. This role supports a district comprised of 175+ associates across five locations in the Las Vegas metro area and Saint George, UT. You will serve as a key partner to the District Leadership team, fostering a culture of engagement where all associates feel supported to do their best work and take pride in their contributions.
In this position, you will tailor regional human capital plans to meet customer needs while implementing HR practices that align with organizational initiatives. Your day-to-day involves working alongside leaders and associates in the branches to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive talent strategies. You will collaborate with the Area Human Resources Manager to align with Field Operations and corporate HR, ensuring a cohesive approach to people management across the district.
This is an on-site role with no remote or hybrid options. The expectation is to work in the branches, with approximately 30-50% of your work week dedicated to traveling to locations within your assigned district as business needs require.
