About the Role
This full-time Plumber position is designed to perform the installation, repair, assembly, and maintenance of plant plumbing systems. The role extends beyond standard fixtures to include the installation of compressed air, chemical, industrial waste fluids, steam systems, and accessory installations. You will be responsible for conducting corrective and preventive maintenance, studying building plans to determine work sequences, and executing complex pipe installations in walls, ceilings, and floors.
The work environment is dynamic and physically demanding. You will regularly operate in various positions, including stooping, bending, kneeling, and working at heights. Safety is paramount; the role requires the consistent use of personal protective equipment, such as safety harnesses, respirators, fire-resistant coveralls, and chemical protective clothing. This is a 40-hour per week position scheduled on a 4/10 rotation. Please note that this role does not offer per diem or relocation funding.
