About the Role
Join the team opening Uline's newest warehouse in Connecticut! As a Facilities Manager, you will support the launch of this brand new facility, which spans over 1 million square feet of cutting-edge infrastructure. Your mission is to set the standard for facilities excellence by creating a workplace that fosters a culture of safety and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage and develop diverse teams, including maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial staff. You will partner with Corporate and Branch leadership to shape facilities policies, procedures, and long-term planning. Your day-to-day involves overseeing budgets and capital projects, inspecting buildings and equipment to proactively address maintenance needs, and responding to emergency troubleshooting requests. This position requires occasional evening and weekend projects, as well as on-call availability for emergencies.
