As the Facilities Manager for our Wisconsin Distribution Center, you will oversee operations across multiple buildings totaling over 3 million square feet. This role is designed to guide a team of 20+ facilities staff while partnering with Corporate and Distribution Center leadership to shape policies, procedures, and long-term strategic planning.
You will be the driving force behind maintaining a best-in-class environment, ensuring that our modern facilities and beautifully maintained walking trails remain a source of pride for our workforce. From managing complex budgets and capital projects to responding to emergency maintenance needs, your work directly impacts the efficiency and safety of our operations.
