About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is a vital member of our team, ensuring the 122-unit Metro Chinatown Senior Lofts in Los Angeles remain in excellent condition. This role goes beyond standard repairs; it is about preserving the quality of life for our residents by maintaining both interior and exterior spaces. You will serve as the first point of contact for maintenance needs, requiring a blend of technical skill and strong customer service to interact professionally with residents and office staff.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues to performing carpentry and sheetrock repairs. You will also play a key role in preparing units for new residents, managing janitorial duties, and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and the leasing office. As part of an on-call rotation, you will be available to handle after-hours emergencies, ensuring the property remains safe and secure at all times. The use of a personal cell phone is required, with a monthly reimbursement provided to facilitate this availability.

Requirements
