About the Role
As a Prisma Health Physician within the University Medical Group, you will be responsible for providing quality medical services to patients at the NE Columbia Medical Park. You will engage in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, defects, or injuries, recommending and prescribing treatments for physical, mental, or functional ailments.
You will render medical treatment consistent with generally accepted professional standards of care, ensuring that your practice is accessible to all patients regardless of their ability to pay, race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, or age. Your role extends beyond clinical care; you will actively participate in non-revenue generating activities that advance the vision and mission of Prisma Health. As part of an Academic Health Center, this may include serving on committees, engaging in community outreach, and contributing to teaching and research goals.
Location and Department
This position is based at the NE Columbia Medical Park (3320 Northeast Medical Office Park) within the Oncology Northeast department. The role operates on a variable shift schedule.
