About the Role

This position serves as the clinical and operational leader of the pharmacy, driving a strategic shift from a transactional model to an interpersonal, patient-centered experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, ensuring the effective use of medications and awareness of drug interactions while delivering preventive and clinical healthcare services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.

Beyond clinical duties, you will manage the efficiency and financial health of the pharmacy. This involves overseeing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a workflow that balances speed with accuracy. You will also lead the pharmacy team by fostering professional development, conducting performance reviews, and cultivating a culture of inclusivity and care. By collaborating with the Store Manager and the local medical community, you will identify strategic business opportunities and expand health and wellness awareness within the community.
