About the Role
Aarris Healthcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Medical Social Workers (MSWs) to provide home health services throughout the greater Sacramento area. This includes Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Davis, Woodland, and surrounding communities.
This position is ideal for social workers who are passionate about helping patients and families navigate healthcare challenges. You will support emotional well-being, coordinate community resources, and facilitate safe care planning within the home setting. Flexible per diem schedules are available to accommodate your availability.
