About the Role
As an experienced Patient Navigator, you will serve as a vital link in our rapidly growing environment, reporting to the Customer Success Manager. This full-time remote position relies on your expertise, professionalism, and ability to collaborate across teams.
In this role, you will guide members through their unique fertility journeys with kindness and empathy. Your day will involve managing inbound communications, scheduling appointments, and resolving complex issues to ensure patients feel supported and well-communicated with at every touchpoint. You will coordinate patient assistance, verify eligibility, and educate members on their benefits, working closely with billing, provider relations, and partner clinics to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
