About the Role
As a Remote Health Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking clarity and support. This is not a typical remote role; our clients are deeply engaged and ask meaningful, complex questions about health, fitness, and DEXA technology. Every day is dynamic and fast-paced, filled with opportunities to make a real impact.
You will guide clients with empathy, accuracy, and energy, directly shaping their experience with our brand. Whether handling inbound inquiries, managing complex appointment logistics, or de-escalating sensitive situations, your ability to connect authentically with diverse clients is central to our success. You will thrive in an environment where helping people improve their health is the primary motivation.
