Paint team members are the backbone of our production line, responsible for painting and washing quality trailers with outstanding service in a safe manner. This role exists to ensure every unit leaving our facility meets our high standards for finish and durability while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where your physical stamina and coordination are essential. The day-to-day rhythm involves operating power tools and machinery effectively, reading complex work orders and schedules, and performing rigorous quality checks and product inspections. Safety is paramount; you will conduct daily equipment inspections prior to shift startup to ensure the well-being of yourself and your coworkers, while also adhering to all safety regulations and using designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
