About the Role

As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will be the vital link between our customers and their fresh, high-quality groceries. Your mission is to select and gather products for online orders with efficiency, ensuring strict attention to freshness and quality. You will initiate and complete the selection process, scanning and bagging orders while adhering to all bagging standards.

Your day involves assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering and loading orders into customers' cars upon their arrival. You will communicate any substitutions or exceptions directly to customers at the time of pick-up, ensuring a seamless experience. By maintaining the organization and cleanliness of staging areas and following all food safety procedures, you help meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and variety.

This role is designed for those who want to provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping. You will work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, acting with honesty and integrity while supporting diverse groups of individuals, including minors and older adults.
