As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (In-Store Grocery Shopper), you will be the face of our e-commerce operations, ensuring customers receive the highest quality products with efficiency and care. Your day involves selecting and gathering products for online orders with a keen eye for freshness, assembling orders, and processing coupons and payments.
When customers arrive for pickup, you will deliver and load their orders directly into their cars. You will act as the primary point of contact for any substitutions or exceptions, communicating professionally via portable phone to ensure a seamless experience. Your goal is to provide a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to return to online shopping.
You will work in a high-paced environment, often managing conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner while adhering to food safety procedures and company guidelines.
