About the Role
As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (In-Store Grocery Shopper), you will be the vital link between our customers and their fresh, high-quality groceries. Your mission is to select and gather products for online orders with efficiency, ensuring every item meets our strict standards for freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver them directly to customers' cars upon their arrival for pickup.
This role is more than just shopping; it is about providing a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to return to online shopping. You will communicate with customers via portable phone to handle substitutions or exceptions professionally and timely. Working in a high-paced environment, you will ensure order accuracy, maintain the cleanliness of staging areas, and uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
