About the Role

We are seeking a Full Scope OBGYN or Hospitalist to join our team in Minneapolis. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment where you can learn from experienced physicians while maintaining clinical autonomy.

You will work in a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an integrated EPIC/Excellian EMR system that connects hospitals, labs, and other platforms. The position emphasizes a strong work-life balance, featuring 3-4 clinic days per week with a half-day of surgery included. For generalists, the schedule includes 2 dedicated hospitalists and 2-4 overnight calls per month.

You will practice at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, adjacent to Children's Hospitals and clinics. This location offers robust support from Minnesota Perinatal Physicians and Children's Neonatology, along with access to many in-house specialties. The practice is affiliated with Allina Health, providing 24/7 Perinatology and Neonatology support to ensure you have the resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
