This position is the heart of the in-store experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, dedicated to delivering friendly service and helping them find exactly what they need to spark their creativity. Your day will involve engaging with shoppers to provide solutions, guiding them through our Rewards program and credit card benefits, and ensuring a fast, welcoming checkout experience.
Beyond customer interaction, you will play a vital role in keeping our store vibrant and ready for business. This includes participating in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to ensure our aisles are well-merchandised and fully stocked. You will also support our Omni-channel initiatives, such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), while assisting with merchandise recovery and safety programs. As a team member, you are expected to project a positive image, remain respectful even in challenging situations, and serve as a role model for others.
You will work in a public retail setting where all public areas are climate-controlled. The role involves regular movement throughout the store, including bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may need to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders. Some tasks may take place in non-climate-controlled stock rooms or outdoors, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The Frame shop area contains specialized equipment like glass cutters and heat presses. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
