About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital partner to the Store Manager, driving a high-performance culture that balances operational excellence with exceptional customer service. This role exists to ensure the store runs smoothly while maximizing profitability and delivering the "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) experience to every guest.
In this position, you will be the face of the brand on the floor, modeling sales expectations and product knowledge to both the team and customers. Your day involves analyzing sales reports to execute business strategies, coaching associates on selling techniques, and resolving customer concerns with speed and empathy. You will help build a collaborative team environment where every associate feels valued, inspired, and equipped to succeed. From managing inventory flow to maintaining the visual presentation of the store, you will ensure every detail reflects the brand's standards.
