About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure our locations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a vital part of the daily operations, from managing customer relationships to directing staff and ensuring tasks are completed on time. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about developing strategies to improve shifts, hitting team goals, and acting as the manager when needed.
You will serve as a flag carrier for our company culture at the store level, fostering an environment where employees feel motivated and supported. A key part of this position involves working second and third shifts as well as weekends, ensuring that leadership is always present to guide the team.
