About the Role
This position is essential to maintaining the high standard of look and feel that defines our brand promises. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly customer service and helping shoppers find exactly what they are looking for. Your day will involve ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both customers and staff by managing store cleanliness, recovery standards, and deep cleaning of key areas like bathrooms and high-traffic zones.
Beyond maintaining the physical space, you will serve as a role model for other team members, projecting a positive image and fostering respectful interactions even in challenging situations. Depending on store needs, you may also engage in customer-facing duties such as processing checkouts, enrolling customers in rewards programs, and assisting with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS). You will work in a dynamic retail setting that includes climate-controlled public areas, stock rooms, and occasional outdoor tasks, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
