As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture. Your role ensures that our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, from managing sales and asset protection to human resources functions. You will help create an environment that delivers a great customer experience while driving maximum profitability.
In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to execute in-store business and sales strategies, analyzing reports and KPIs to determine business needs. You will establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards. Your day-to-day involves overseeing operational activities such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial accuracy, while ensuring compliance with all laws and loss prevention policies.
You will be instrumental in building high-performing teams by motivating and inspiring store staff, modeling core values, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. As a leader, you will seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback to continuously build your leadership skill set.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience is central to your mission. You will model and teach the "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. From recommending merchandise based on customer needs to ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and maintaining a fast, efficient register experience, you will ensure every interaction reflects our brand standards.
