About the Role
The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry-level leadership role designed to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing day-to-day operations. This position serves as a vital link between the team and leadership, ensuring that every customer interaction aligns with our brand values. You will act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of other leadership team members, guiding the team and addressing customer concerns professionally.
