The Manager, Middle Market Service serves as a vital leader within the Client Management Team, overseeing a designated region to ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This role exists to bridge the gap between corporate goals and regional execution, acting as a liaison and advocate for the office to various administrative departments and Sales Operations.
In this position, you will drive operational excellence by developing coordinated best practices and effective workflows. You will function as a key contributor to corporate initiatives, helping to shape training programs for new hires and existing staff while facilitating their performance management and development. The role requires a deep subject matter expertise in absence, disability, life, supplemental health, vision, and dental products to support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and staffing metrics.
