About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region to drive new business sales by establishing strong, consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors. This includes brokers, agents, financial planners, consultants, and employees within Trustmark. Our customers typically include hospitals, medical centers, manufacturing firms, public entities, service providers, warehousing, and wholesale trade sectors seeking comprehensive benefit solutions for their stable workforces.

In this role, you will immerse yourself in health care trends, market intelligence, and product information to serve our clients effectively. Your day-to-day involves managing target account lists and pipelines, executing a comprehensive sales process that includes marketing programs, educational seminars, and needs analysis meetings, and presenting solutions to develop new and expand existing accounts. You will act as a liaison between producers and customers, managing both external and internal stakeholders while contributing to sales planning, forecasting, and product development.
