The Point of Care Solutions Specialist role within the APOC Division focuses on selling to hospitals in Western Arkansas and Northern Louisiana. This position works independently within an assigned territory to lead commercial execution, increase market share, and drive sustainable growth. The role requires partnering with internal support teams to identify opportunities and create strategies that move sales cycles forward, all while reporting to the District Manager.

Diagnostics, point of care (POC), lab, or capital equipment sales experience. Established contacts at IDNs and Hospital Systems within the assigned territory. Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills. High proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Attendance at multiple sales training courses (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman) and active use of effective sales methodologies.
