About the Role

This position is integral to the daily rhythm of our stores. You will oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly placed on the sales floor. You will manage the setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted according to corporate guidelines. As a key leader on the floor, you will act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.

You will support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them master store policies and operational procedures. Your role involves driving store sales and controlling expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance. You will also execute the market plan by arranging products and signage to ensure promotional materials are displayed properly and updated regularly.
