This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role is central to our operational success, requiring you to adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
You will be a key part of the store's daily rhythm, accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. Beyond transactional duties, you will model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. The role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs, participate in store recovery, and contribute to safety and shrink reduction goals.
