About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas. You will model established customer experience practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure the sales floor is accurately processed and maintained. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, safety awareness initiatives, and shrink reduction programs to uphold the store's standards and environment.
