About the Role

This position drives retail business operations at a GCNA store location, serving as a vital link in our mission to fund community programs. You will be responsible for the entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Managers, the Production Team, and Donation Attendants. This role is not just about managing a store; it is about being a Goodwill ambassador to the community, fostering relationships with local businesses, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the Goodwill brand.

In this role, you will build a high-performing team and model our core values daily. You will partner with support areas like Asset Protection, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure compliance and drive business goals. The position requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to business needs, including the ability to transfer to different stores and travel for training or support at other locations. Reliable transportation is essential for daily tasks such as bank deposits and inter-store collaboration.
