About the Role

As a key member of the store team, you are responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will serve as the face of the store, engaging with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Your goal is to resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Day in the Life

Your day involves providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the assigned cash register. You will process purchases, handle voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges, while recommending items and trade-up opportunities to enhance the customer's visit. Beyond the register, you will maintain a clean and well-merchandised environment by keeping counters and shelves tidy, constructing displays, and managing inventory. You will also support the photo area with digital passport services and assist with web pick-up responsibilities, ensuring orders are filled and delivered promptly. Additionally, you will help maintain the store's exterior and interior conditions and ensure compliance with all company policies and local laws regarding regulated products.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you will attend training sessions and complete required Personal Performance Learning (PPL) modules assigned by the Manager or corporate. We look for individuals who are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and who possess a passion for retail excellence.
