About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you are the face of Walgreens, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression, whether you are greeting a patient, assisting a shopper with product recommendations, or resolving an issue at the register.
In this role, you will engage with customers and patients by offering proactive assistance and sharing best practices with your team. From maintaining clean and well-merchandised counters to managing complex transactions like voids, returns, and exchanges, your work ensures the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also take on diverse responsibilities ranging from constructing promotional displays and managing inventory to providing specialized services in the photo area and handling web pick-up orders.
Beyond daily operations, you play a vital part in asset protection and compliance, ensuring adherence to state and local laws regarding regulated products. You will also contribute to the store's environment by assisting with maintenance and ensuring a neat, orderly appearance for both the interior and exterior.
Hiring Process
We are looking for individuals who are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Candidates should be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). While we prefer candidates with six months of retail experience and prior work experience with Walgreens, we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
