As a key member of our store team, you are the face of Walgreens, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer interaction is courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient. You will engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to guarantee a positive visit.
Beyond the checkout counter, you will share customer service best practices with the team, embodying essential interpersonal habits like proactive help and identifying needs. Your day involves managing the flow of the store, from constructing and maintaining promotional displays to ensuring the cleanliness and order of both the interior and exterior. You will also handle specialized tasks such as photo services, web pick-up responsibilities, and maintaining compliance with state laws regarding regulated products.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens work experience are preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for service.
