Customer Service Associate - Temporary

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you are the face of our store, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This temporary, part-time position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about providing courteous, fair, and efficient service to every customer and patient who walks through our doors.

Day in the Life

Your day will revolve around engaging with customers by greeting them warmly and offering proactive assistance with products and services. You will manage the checkout process, registering sales, handling cash, and processing returns or exchanges with accuracy and speed. Beyond the register, you will maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, constructing displays, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies for regulated products.

You will also serve as a key support member for our photo and web services, assisting customers with digital passport photos, prints, and fulfilling online pickup orders. This role requires a working knowledge of store systems and equipment, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members to uphold Walgreens service traits, such as identifying needs and servicing customers until they are satisfied.
